My scary toilet experience

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! YEOW!!!!

I was shopping yesterday at Myers, and at some point during my shopping I had to go to the bathroom, so I followed the signs and alas I found the toilets in the corner of the shop. I followed the long, dark corridor which led to the female toilets, which was of course, the very last door at the end of the very long corridor. So I go inside the bathroom and randomly picked a cubicle, there’s no method to my choice of toilet… it comes naturally. So I go inside the cubicle and straight away I see a sign that says “blah blah blah… due to the water restrictions, we ask that you hold the button for 5 seconds to flush” – so I’m looking around the cubicle, looking for any sort of “button” or flusher button of any kind. I don’t see anything… but there is this shiny pole thing just behind the toilet. I don’t see any button on it, but for some reason I lightly touch the top of this pole. All of a sudden the toilet flushes, and I was like “oh okay, so that’s the button.” And I’m watching the water in the toilet get higher, and higher and higher until SPLASH! It comes out of the toilet bowl and onto the floor. I jumped back quickly, so I didn’t get wet but this toilet cubicle was ridiculous! I ran out of there, still needing to go the bathroom, but no way was I going to try another toilet. That is my scary toilet experience.

But my story does end happily as I continued shopping and bought some gorgeous bra’s and lots of great make up.

Peace, Love  & Art (and crappy toilets),

My random thoughts

Hey there good lookin’!

How are you? Hows life? Hows the missus?

Anyway, I am quite bored today, and in my boredom-ness I have come up with some random, interesting thoughts.

Firstly, why do men have nipples? It’s not like they breast feed or anything…

Secondly, I was reading this article about the “three day” rule. You know, if you meet a guy/girl you really like you wait three days to call him/her (“On the second day, God created man and woman; on the third day, God proclaimed ‘If thou hookith up with woman in a club, thou shalt not call woman before the setting of the sun on the third day”). Well this article takes the “three rule” a little further;

* Three is the number of dates before you’re supposed to hop into bed together

* Date three people at the same time as it will prevent you from latching on to the wrong relationship out of neediness

* Three is the maximum number of
months within which you should utter those three magic words, “I love you”

* Three is the number of times you should leave a message for someone before you realise they’re not that into you

My question is, what the heck is with all this dancing around a relationship? If you like someone, call him or her when ever you want too. If they think it’s too soon then screw them, they obviously want to play games. The sooner someone calls me, major brownie points!

I am not going to sleep with someone simply because of the “three rule” – if a guy expects that from me, expect me not to return your calls. I like to go with the flow, not a time limit.

Dating three people at once? When I really like someone, I would hate to think that they are seeing two other people… why do that to someone? Would you like it done to you?

Don’t utter those three “magic words” if you don’t mean it, even if you’ve been dating for 3 months (or more), and your still not there yet, don’t say it. It’ll take away all meaning for when you really do mean it. Save it for the right occasion, just like a nice bottle of wine…

And lastly, with the three messages that don’t get returned… don’t fret, it’s their loss.

Just think, how would you like to be treated in a relationship? With love and sincerity? or with games and false hopes? I can’t speak for all women, but for me – don’t play games.

The way some people think makes me shake my head. Treat everyone how you would like to be treated. If we all did this, all aspects of our lives would be a lot more pleasant!

I suppose that’s it from me for now…

Thank you for reading my blog, I hope you enjoyed it. Don’t forget your free gift voucher on your way out. Drive safe.
