Wow what a journey 2010 has been!

Thank you all for your kind words and for your patience. I will be dedicating more time to this site, and even including some of my own artwork.

Soon I will be studying Graphic Design at www.thegraphicdesignschool.com and currently I am looking for a job in a design agency. Let me tell you, this is not an easy task. In Australia, there are less than 10,000 graphic designers. This is going to be a challenge, but one I am looking forward to. Every hurdle builds strength and character.

Recently I went to the Splendour In The Grass Music Festival in QLD, Australia. It was 3 days of music heaven! The line up was:

The hipster harmonizing, Pet Sounds-aping band probably made a video for “Two Weeks” the single off of their latest album, and it was probably decent, but it hasn’t had the viral power of this, which picked up something like 47,000 views on Vimeo since it’s debut. Bonus: even the band noticed it. It was animated by a guy named Gabe Askew, and it’s truly wonderful. Imagine a world where not only did MTV still play videos, but played the best ones out there. Oh well. Certain arts come and go, but there will always be people to preserve quality in them for their ever-obscured audiences. Enjoy:
